There are many great Steelers with a number of them in the the Pro Football Hall of Fame.  Besides being talented players on the field there were other qualities that the organization shaped by the Rooney family and Chuck Noll in the 1970s looked for too.  Gary Anderson who came from South Africa as a soccer player and was picked up by the black and gold as a placekicker tells about having the right attitude for being part of the Pittsburgh Steelers.  Today at St. Paul’s Cathedral in Pittsburgh Dan Rooney’s funeral will be held, may he rest in peace.  Dan as an NFL owner, a community leader, and Ambassador to Ireland had the right stuff.
